On Time Systems (OTS) is a growing company with a highly talented and

join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

We are seeking applicants to fill several R&D programming positions.
The
primary duties of the positions will be assisting in the development of
prototype and production optimization systems.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

OTS requires one of the following for employment consideration:

* A BS or MS in Computer Science.
* A bachelors's degree and 2 years programming experience.

Additional requirements: Experience in C and C++. Preference will be
given to candidates with backgrounds in research and forward-looking
development, algorithm design, experimental design, or prototype
evaluation, as well as with Unix and GUIs.

OTS focuses on the development, implementation and deployment of
optimization algorithms in the fields of scheduling and routing. We are
located in the Riverfront Research Park in Eugene, Oregon, USA.

Current staffing levels are approximately 18, and OTS expects to grow
over the next twelve months. OTS has been profitable in four of the
last
five years and expects to be so again this year. The company was
launched without external funding and is owned almost entirely by its
directors and employees.
