Resources and Research Center. Yellow. This film shatters
stereotypes and sets the record straight in depicting the
world of eight Asian American best friends in Los Angeles

the "Hood." Filmmaker Michael Cho takes a unique look at the
relations between Korean Americans and African Americans. 8

Love Buddha. The director recalls her childhood, when her
vacationing family crossed five state lines without ever
seeing another Asian face, and hits the road again as an
adult to explore just how much the racial and cultural
