everyone,

i suggest we do this (apaa summer contact list) during the meetings, i.e.
general or issues committee. this will generate too much email. just a
suggestion folks.

this is a good suggestion-however, due to the fact that everyone has
irregular attendance, it would be more benefical to have everyone fill
this form over e-mail. in doing so, we can insure that can fill out the
info and distribute it to everyone else, instead of following the lengthy
process of having to track everyone down, compiling, printing, and
distributing a contact list for everyone. besides, if people can read the
subject of the e-mail. if someone gets an e-mail with the subject line
"Re: apaa summer contact list," they don't need to read it, but just keep
it for future reference.
