CATHOLIC OLYMPICS 2013

Greetings University Catholic Center Community!

This is JJ Miclat from the Outreach Committee, extending an invitation to all of you to participate in this year's CATHOLIC OLYMPICS!!! We need your help dominating USC and other schools from Southern California in a series of physical challenges.  If you can't stay for the whole time, try attending whatever you can! UCLA AND THE UCC  NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!!  

Here are the details:

Date: April 20, 2013 (Saturday)

Where: The University Catholic Center & the Sunset Recreation Center

Time: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Schools Confirmed: UCR, CSUF, Cal Poly Pomona

Schools Awaiting Confirmation: USC, Cerritos College

Agenda: 

100 - 130 - Teams will meet up at the UCLA University Catholic Center.  Painting of the faces for school spirit (optional).  Light snacks.

130 - 135 - Prayer

135 - 200 - Walk to Sunset Recreation Center

200 - 230 - Play 'Balloon Team Deathmatch' 

230 - 300 - Dodgeball 

315 - 345 - Lifesaver Relay

345 - 430 - Capture The Flag

430 - 500 - Head back to the UCC, take pictures

500 - Homecooked dinner at the UCC.

Cost: Everything is free!!! Including parking at the UCC, the food, the victories, the laughs, the competition, the new friendships.

What are we serving for dinner? 

Deliciousness.  We're making sure those who are vegetarian and gluten-free will be accommodated!

What do you need to bring?

Anything you feel comfortable playing sports in (tanks, shorts, running shoes, sunscreen, etc..) 

Do you have to participate in all the activities?

Not at all!  You can participate in whatever activities you want to participate in!

BRING ALL YOUR FRIENDS!  EVEN IF THEY AREN'T CATHOLIC! WE MUST BEAT USC THIS YEAR!!!
