Hola, here's what liturgy does:

Liturgy Committe
-have meetings
-write prayers of the faithful
-train liturgical ministers
-coordingate aspects of Advent, Lent, and Holy Week (bookmarks,
themes, reflections, etc.)
-worry about Mass on the Grass and Ash Wednesday
-coordinate (not necessarily lead) prayer services (Taize, Adoration, etc.)
-address any other concerns about mass
