Sam Phillips and Keeli Marvel will be presenting on a multi-agency state Black Rosy Finch conservation project we have been lucky to participate in for the last couple of years in partnership with the Utah Division is Wildlife Resources, Wild Utah Project, Tracy Aviary, Utah State University, and others partners.
