The Bike Project's Community Awareness Fundraiser Awareness Ride to the CU Astronomical Society dark site is tomorrow night! 

Gather at The Bike Project (alley south of 202 S. Broadway in Urbana) at 7 to leave by 7:30.

Lights are required (but will ideally be shut off at the dark site). Hope for a clear, dark night so CUAS members who bring telescopes will have a variety of celestial features to share. 

Funds will be used to purchase lights in bulk which will be installed directly on bikes of refugees and cyclists in neighborhoods where bikes are most likely to be used for transportation at night but least likely to already have lights installed. Even a $6 donation will help a cyclist be seen in traffic.
