volunteer opportunity

Sarthak Prasad, UI Campus Sustainable Transportation Assistant, is in need of volunteers to help him inventory approximately 500 abandoned bicycles that have been gathered together at the campus Round Barns. He's working through next Friday, 9am-noon, on this project. Most of the bicycles will eventually be donated to “Working Bikes”, while others will be donated to the Bike Project of Urbana-Champaign and Campus Bike Center for refurbishment, resale, reuse, and recycle.
