Folks,
A local bicyclist was bitten badly but did not crash in rural Tuscola
south of Camargo. The puncture wounds are not pretty and required
treatment. The owner has taken responsibility and is supposed to be
chaining the dog but it has been noted to run loose a lot so beware if
you ride this section. The dog is 11 years old, has become increasing
territorial, and may be ambushing folks.
Location: across the street from and in the cemetery at 1473 E. County
Rd 800 N in rural Tuscola - this is the house south of the house east of
the cemetery as you come around the curve riding southward where you are
going east and just before curving right again to keep going south.
It's about 2 miles and just before the end of the scenic road when going
across 136 in Camargo - that neighborhood that's a continuation of the
tree-lined area south of Patterson Springs.
