Voice quality Index in RTCP

Hi All,
I am trying to implement QOS can anyone help me to
implement Voice quality Index and Call clarity index . I found lots of
formula like R factor etc... but the issue is the parameters required
by R factor and MOS is quite difficult to find or not presented in
RTCP packets. for example R= Ro-Ie-Id-A.
i don't know how to calculate or find Ro,Ie,Id,A if there is any
simple formula means let me know...
