Job Description:
This is a small, very established broker dealer. Looking for an administrator who will be in constant communication with clients, vendors. You are the personal focus of the firm. You will keep all files and make sure that the firm is in compliance with all regulations. You will take trading reports throughout the day and write trade tickets and give report to the principal. You will have your own office. Basically you are keeping things organized and doing heavy client communication.
Job Requirements:
Experience Required: 5+ years office administration experience. Good computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Great administrative skills. Word and Excel. High school diploma.
Ideally Preferred: Quicken. Experience in broker-dealer office.
