I don't think it should make any difference in simulation whether our
not you use a gate last process or not. The effects of the gate last
process won't be simulated in Tsuprem, hence it should probably be ok to
just use a poly gate in Tsuprem, then define it as a metal with a given
workfunction in Medici.
