1. Whenever I ramp, say, Vds up to Vdd, when I try to solve for Vds=0
again, I get convergence problems. Are there any tricks to get around this
(maybe you have to ramp the voltage back down in reasonable steps to get
convergence?)

2. How do you throw multiple curves on the same plot. For example, Ids vs.
Vds for multiple Vg.

3. Can you modify the gate length somehow from within Medici, or do you
have to run SUPREME+MEDICI multiple times at various gate lengths and
combine data externally to get the threshold rolloff plot?

1) Usually, you solve for an initial solution again, followed by a
subsequent stepping command, rather than trying to continue with another
stepped series. This should prevent the convergence issues.

2) Often, the easiest way is to output to a table and then use excel, etc.
to plot.

3) No, you will need to rerun SUPREM.
