I thought now would be a good time to start throwing out a project idea
for the second half of the class. I'm interested in looking into the
creation of program/package that solves the Fokker-Planck equation in
order to investigate the dynamics of a protein molecular motor. A

I've already written a preliminary version of the code in Matlab and am
looking to write a portable version that can be run on a cluster or one
that can take advantage of the multi-processor SMP workstations in my lab.
