EECS Instructional class accounts (UNIX and Windows) will expire at 9am
on Monday December 22, 2008. Extensions are granted only at the request
of the instructor.

You may wish to make a copy of your files to a USB flash memory drive
(available at computer and office supply stores). For information
about using them in our labs, please see
http://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/pub.cgi?file=multimedia.help.

After your Instructional class account expires:

- Email sent to the account will be returned to the sender.

- If you login to your UNIX account using an 'ssh' program (such as Putty
on Windows), your grades will be displayed for any EECS classes that
used our local, temporary grading database ('glookup') this semester.
This will work until January 2. Login to a Solaris (UNIX) computer
such as

cory.eecs.berkeley.edu
nova.cs.berkeley.edu

- The home directories will be archived and deleted after January 2.

Final grades are posted by the Registrar at http://bearfacts.berkeley.edu

Please see http://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/connecting.html#accounts for
information about e-Academy and EECS 'named' accounts that will expire.

Good luck on the final exams!
