Meeting next week, Science lessons and Election info

[SEEDS at UC Berkeley]

Hi everyone!

Welcome back from Spring Break! I hope you're all relaxed and ready for the last 6 weeks (gasp!!) of the semester. 

Let's plan on having a meeting on Tuesday April 5th at 5pm. We need to discuss officer positions (Pres, Sec, Treas) and elections, which will probably happen the week after next (April 12th) so you have time to decide to run. We'll also discuss our plans for sharing our lesson with more classrooms at Malcolm X. Speaking of which, fill out this Doodle if you haven't already!

So far, Monday morning is winning. Maybe we can do a lesson on April 11, 18 or 25, but not later than that because finals will follow soon after.

Former Berkeley SEEDS president Mariah would also like us to submit a photo for her project for I Heart Tap Water. For more information on the campaign, click here: http://uhs.berkeley.edu/tapwater/  The photo should represent why our club loves tap water, so bring your thinking caps and we'll talk some sustainability at the meeting.

Earth Day is coming up too! We aren't involved with tabling or anything, but education is key to changing our ways, so talk to your friends and family about what we can do to be more sustainable and environmentally-friendly!
