Reevaluation of Docker

Hi group!

I've been reading up on BCE and playing around with it a bit, since I'm working in the context of reproducibility with Docker.

Have you re-evaluated Docker since the inception of the project in 2014?

Hi Daniel,

@cboettig PR'ed a Dockerfile for BCE via https://github.com/ucberkeley/bce/pull/74 and (months later) I just merged it. Dockerization was one of the long term goals of the project but unfortunately we/I didn't have time to fully explore it. I think BCE's place would be to manage the integration of multiple Dockerized applications via Docker Machine, akin to a local version of Sandstorm.
