We were instructed to another type of Ham Radio communications on Tuesday. This is called AREDN MESH. This is a method of creating an intranet using ham radio frequencies.

The acronym for AREDN is Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network. This technology requires special hardware, special software, and some patience to make connections.
