"Pre-planting day" This Sunday, May 15

U CANN2 Volunteers,
It is time to wake up the Moraine Township Community Garden.
We are having a “Pre-planting day” this Sunday, May 15, between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Please join us.
We need a few volunteers to:
Repair the deer fence and one gate
Plant about 450 spring seedlings.
In the meantime, the Park District will till the soil.
It would be helpful if you could drop me a note and let me know when you plan to join us. I just want to make sure we have enough tools to go around.
The main planting day will be June 4. More on that later
The garden is located in the southeast corner of Woodridge Park, in Highland Park. Woodridge Park is at the far south end of Barberry Road. Barberry Road is the first road west of the CVS on Clavey Road. If you search Woodridge Park, Highland Park, IL in Google Maps you will find it.
