Notice under section 4.1 of RFC 1591 for TLD "AKZO-NOBEL", "AKZONOBEL", "KFC" and "PHILIPS"

The notice was issued on September 29 2007.
I have received a third party request for the contact information of the
parties known as the INAIC Council. I have been asked to distribute this
information to the parties affected by the registration by INAIC / UN1D
of the TLD labels "AKZO-NOBEL", "AKZONOBEL", "KFC" and "PHILIPS".
The INAIC Council is composed of seven independent volunteers. The INAIC
Council approves, creates and delegates new Top-Level Domains (TLDs) in
the Public-Root. These requests are initiated by any of the "official"
INAIC TLD Registrars. Herman Xennt, the operator of INAIC.com claims the
INAIC Council is responsible for the registration of the above
designated TLDs. The INAIC Council web site is found at the following URL:

I release this information in accordance with my role as the PublicRoot
Representative using the procedure defined by section 4.1 of RFC 1591,
which reads "In case of a dispute between domain name registrants as to
the rights to a particular name, the registration authority shall have
no role or responsibility other than to provide the contact information
to both parties."

RFC 1591 is a document of the Internet Engineering Task Force that
provides standards and policies for the administration of a name space.
This notice shall be distributed to the Directors of the Top Level
Domain Association, INAIC (Internet Names Authorization & Information
Center), UN1D (Unified Names #1 Distributor), the Federal Trade
Commission, and YUM! Brands, Inc..
