All,
Rest assured that the highligjhted text above must have been written in general frustration and before allowing the whole mind look it over. Our new by-laws will NOT be the product of any one person, nor is only one person doing the work now. This is a most unfortunate slip of hand that may well come back to haunt us for years to come, but is not true.

I am NOW demanding the TLDA do something. This is unfair, and an OUTRAGE, that this is being allowed.
I have said many times, that Mr. Palmer had different agendas, and this is now the proof. John has opening admitted controlling the TLDA with a threating letter to myself.
Because of the response, I will be removed from the TLDA.NET list against the judgment of the TLDA, because of personal issues with Mr. Palmer and Mr. Baptista.
I have made attempts to allow Mr. Palmer to correct himself many times, and I have been personally attacked and threaten.
I have publicly asked him to clarify himself, and I now, have to correct the statement upon.
Mr. Palmer, if you send an email, from your machine, and it goes to machine, you NO LONGER own it, since you have not enclosed in protection on the emails in question, I have the authoritative right, to do what I will to the email. Further more, since you are publicity publishing your POST and EMAILS, it is public domain, which means you can not and shall not enforce your RULES, on someone else. I never signed any agreement with YOU, or YOUR COMPANY.
With the statement below, since it comes in and is on my machine, they are my machines, and I MAKE THE RULES, so therefore, I can do whatever I want to do with it.
You sir are now out of control, you have had alternate motives, and have expressed them many time. I have published this on every message board I am a part of, if
you remove me, from the TLDA list, you are 1. violating the bylaws themselves, by not motioning to the board for removal, 2. commiting open and illegal actions on be half of the TLDA, without the consent o the TLDA. You sir ARE NOT the TLDA, but just a person in the TLDA, and the TLDA by allowing this, will contine you to control the TLDA.
