Verifying the IOS version on UC500
1. Right click UC500 in topology view
2. Click on Properties
3. Software version displays the current IOS version
Disabling Music on hold for internal calls (IP phone to IP phone)
This will disable MoH from external MoH port and MoH for internal
calls (IP phone to IP phone)
1. Goto Telephony > Voice > Voice Features tab
2. Uncheck "Enable external music on hold port and for internal calls"
