Update basecode to version 1.3.1

Hello guys!

I've just updated the code in the SVN. You can now synchronize your changes. Do you have any news?

I will be coding this weekend. My idea is to follow this path:

- Parse the ".csv" file
- Create a view with the index from the ".csv"
- Create a simple template for the teacher according with the index of the topics. This text file will be prepared in GIFT format in order to help the teacher. Also it will be good for us for preventing and capturing errors.

Please share your thoughts and news!

The path I told to follow is wrong. Last version of GCB already does the first two points

---- Parse the ".csv" file
---- Create a view with the index from the ".csv"

So what I'm gonna try to do is the third point:

- Create a simple template for the teacher according with the index of the topics. This text file will be prepared in GIFT format in order to aid the teacher. Also it will be good for us for preventing and capturing errors. Teacher will click in a button that leads him to an editor with the GIFT template.

Next points could be:

- GIFT parser
- Present exercises

Hi again,

On one hand, I can meet on Thursday before 6 pm as Rosbel, but I don't know if the rest can meet or not.So, please, tell me if you prefer meet on Thursday or on Friday before or after class.

On the other hand I don't know if we're going to have another hangout with google next Monday, but we have to take in account this.

Anyway, I'm working on parsing the GIFT file. And I'm thinking about the DB.

For me the best time in friday because before i have a lot of mess to handle.

About project i was coding little bit, its still not stable and  100% woking but..

- add new gift assesment time with possibility to save it (new button, new form to input and also listed with other assesments)

- made handler for our new assesment 

- mock for cheking of questions on server part

in case of cheking question i needed parser so i made small normalizer and parser of gift format (normalizer needed because some code formattet really really messy a lot of \n \t \v \r symbols) (parser support for now 3 types of questions)
