Hey guys!

As we didn't have time to meet before, I prepared some hangouts so you know the structure and idea of the presentation.

I signaled who would be speaking on each slide.... please review so we can coordinate and have smooth transitions, still I think I can be introducing you each time you'll talk so the presentation will have some flow.

Let me know if someone wants to change something about who is presenting what. Let's focus on giving a good presentation of the work that has been done.

Arrive early, if you can be in the university around 3:30, that'll be great to start rehearsing. Be there at 4pm the latest!!

That in itself is about 5 mins. I divided it in a way that I thought everyone will understand and feel comfortable with what they have to say.
We can reorganize accordingly during rehearsal.
