time! We've been working so hard and it's all coming together!
Today, Becki & Stephanie organized and cleaned up all of the baskets
for the silent auction and raffle. We have absolutely AMAZING items.
Bev's house is packed. Friday we will have a glass gift bag workshop
at 1 at Bevs. We should be able to finish up. Remember Wednesday we
will be having to move all of these items from Bevs house early.
Gina, Stephanie & Becki have all of the centerpieces taken care
of.....Wagner HS called to confirm, all of the vendors have been
notified, thanks Cheryl...All of the doorprizes are wrapped and ready
and today I received more items we didn't know were coming, about $125
worth of coupons from Chipolte Mexican Burrito. Nice!
Benchmark is printing our programs as we speak...thanks Laine and
Carla! Oh and the December newsletter actually made it to press as
well...whew!
Tomorrow, check out the Herald, the Gateway and if you have it
available the Schertz Tales. We will have articles in them. Ticket
sales will kick in big time. We have to take more tickets to Tazas,
Animal Control and French Quality! YAY! We have reduced the amount
of reserved tables to 20 instead of 25 because we feel individual
tickets will fly. That will give us 20 reserved tables.
