Sorry to burst your bubble,  but the work you saw being done was to clean out stopped-up drains from the dog watering stations. There have been people out here walking and measuring the area and Girard Electric was here this AM cleaning out the box at the bottom of the shelter light pole to which the dog park will be probably hitched.  Tracy from parks told me that they hope to start marking and then digging for the lines tomorrow.  Since there are only 3 parks employees at rthis point, they have a lot to do. Girard Elec. will be laying some interior lines today to get ready.   Judy

Yes I talked to ray. He said they were also digging to the electrical at the shelter. We even walked to park with him to see where. He said they are ready to go
