Hi,

I really hope you get this fast. In case you are not aware i am writing to inform you about my cousin's illness, The illness was diagnosed as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). actually she was referred to a hospital here in Philippines for kidney transplant, which is world class for this kind of diagnosis. i apologize for my impromptu trip to Philippines, the news of her illness got to me as an emergency so i had too rush down immediately.

She is going through terrible pain right now. The Surgeon in charge said she will require a major surgery before her situation gets critical, A deposit of $9,500 is required before carrying out the surgery. I'm experiencing some financial difficulties here due to the short period i had to prepare. please i need you to lend me $2,850 to make up the deposit, i will appreciate whatever you can afford in assisting me, i will definitely refund you immediately i get back home. I apologize for any inconveniences this request may cause you. I will await your prompt response.
