Minor release: UBY 0.2.1

Hi,

we made a minor release of UBY:

UBY 0.2.1 is compatible with the UBY database 0.2.0 and includes some enhancements and bug fixes:

- upgrade to hibernate 4, we got rid of the hibernate patch used in the previous versions

- changes in the api-asl package:
   - only one hibernate mapping, the access mapping
   - DBConfig has no longer a boolean parameter isAccess
   - some bugs fixed in the UBY-API


The next major release is planned for early summer 2013, so stay tuned.
