New issue 151 by chmeyer.de: OntoWiktionary/Wiktionary: Avoid duplicate
subcat frames
https://code.google.com/p/uby/issues/detail?id=151

The Wiktionary and OntoWiktionary converters currently create a new subcat
frame for each syntactic behavior. This does not correspond to other
lexicons in which a subcat frame with the same
label/lexemeProperty/arguments/etc. is realized only once. The Wiktionary
and OntoWiktionary converters should be changed correspondingly.

Done. This should make the database a bit smaller.
