The problem is due to a special handler for particles which NULLs the tense.

Done. I revised the word form creation approach, which should be much more
consistent now! Synchronized the code of Wiktionary and OntoWiktionary
(cannot avoid redundancy at the moment due to different JWKTL versions. I
hope Jenkins is willing to forgive this sin...)
