Thanks guys for joining this group. as you all know (or should know)
Linux is about community keeping in touch .. sharing.. spreading and
encouraging the use of free software . for quite a while the
ubuntunigeria group has been quite silent. all our members are doing
their own thing. hopefully we can use this group to always keep in
touch without halting our daily schedule. here would can discuss
plans / bring up issues / and solve problems .. i would be creating an
irc channel soon that would be hosted on freenode. and i also intend
to setup an facebook and twitter account for this group .. i
personally dont facebook but i understand that we need to keep the
group's need above our selves. anyway u can always reply this mail to
let the group know what you feel as the best direction we should take.

thats a sweet ideal dude. well done for the inspiration. Empowerment is the word, guys in Nija need to see that a lot lies in Ubuntu.
