WOW, I didn't know there was anyone in Winnipeg using Ubuntu. I
really could use some help. I installed a dual boot system on my
laptop and it went fine except i couldn't get Java to run. Since then
I have only made a bad thing much worse. Now it won't do updates.It
said that it couldn't upgrade untill I manually run ' dpkg --configure
-a', and I have no idea how to do that. I live a few miles NE. of
Winnipeg in Hazelridge. Do you guys ever get together? or is there
someone i could talk to on the phone.
