Flash Acting Weirdly

Hi
It has been 2 weeks since flash starts to act weirdly. On video
websites like Youtube, it is doing well. On financial sites to show
charting, no chart is shown at all. I have tried multiple charting
websites and the graph is unable to load at all. It used to work fine.
On Ubuntu 64 bit with Chrome and Firefox. Fully updated.
