Hi,

I am newbie to Ubuntu and would like to know how to play .wrf files on Ubuntu9.0.4? Is there a software available for d/w? Or any converter available for playing these webex recordings?

Thanks.

.wrf is a webex recording file
there is no official player for linux
so you have 2 ways to play this on linux

1) install wine and install windows version, it works fine

2) if you have a webex account follow the steps given in this blog
http://www.johnoriordan.ie/index.php/2008/03/10/webex-player-on-linux/

.wrf is a webex recording file
when you use webex for your online conference, you can actually record
the sessions for later relpay
those are saved with either .arf or .wrf files

more info at http://www.webex.com/difference-arf-wrf.html

its a simple win32 binary thats not depended on any other DLLs
so ideally it should work on 9.04
as of now i dont have a 9.04 box to test
