Ubuntu 18.04 unable to print.

Hi all
I installed 18.04 on my Hp Pavilion 630. UBUNTU detects my USB printer HP-LaserJet 1020 and also set as default printer. Once i give a print command, i receive a notification of " Printing in process"after that "Printing completed" but it never prints physically. Even test print is also not coming out but notification says that printing job completed.
