Title: IT Service Management Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 - 12 month contract

Description:

Having an overall experience of 10+ years in the IT industry out of which at least 3 Years are in the area of IT Service Management consulting and ITIL process and tool Implementation

Around 10 15 years' experience.
* ITSM Consultant with
* Process & tools implementation experience
* Tools & Process Management, Continual Improvement, Lean, Customer Service Management
* Service Now, Remedy, Manage NOW, NRCPMA, BRMS, MS Project, LEAN & Six Sigma expertise.
* Experienced in driving Lean initiatives, Project Performance and Resource Management
* Represented BU on Talent management strategic drive by COO Taskforce
* Incident Manager, Problem Manager and Change manager for L1, L2 & L3 operations team
* Exposure in leading teams of Compliance, New Business team & Server Operations team
* Good knowledge of Infrastructure ( SAN , NAS, and server + UNIX and hosting concepts
* Shld aware of latest infra deployment comcepts
* Should have good knowledge on Java & .Net application deployment into various environments (WAS, JBOSS, IIS, etc).
* Have working experience with ClearQuest, JIRA for ticket & defect management.
* Should be very good in scripting (shell / perl / powershell) for automation.
