Do you have any idea if there is any loco team in Kuwait?

I don't think there is an official one. You can find all the loco teams here on this link http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/.
You can create the first Kuwaiti loco team on this link https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamHowto you will find how to create and manage a loco team.
I hope that you start a team for Kuwait you and your friends. Enjoy Ubuntu and make other enjoy it.
And if you needed any help you can ask any loco team, we will be glad to help you.

there isn't a kuwaiti LoCo but there is a group of opensource people along with KLUG who are in the mailing list http://mail.oskw.org/mailman/listinfo/general_oskw.org who generated from q8linux.net and oskw.org , you might want to drop them an email and see whom interested to join powers nad launch one in Kuwait.

hi Emad sorry but it it is the closest country with Loco team in the region to Kuwait which i live.
