Yes, it's totally off topic.

That video is all selective observations to ratify what that guy already believe. 

And if it's conspiracy theories, secret societies and secret symbols, then why are they all so public? It must be a masonic person that also invented the internet, softwares and youtube just to waste our precious time! Sometimes we're too lazy to blame ourselves for being disadvantaged so we search for these secret societies to blame.
