how to install windows 8.1 and Ubuntu-12.04.2 on my 64-bit desktop?

It is confusing that Windows 8 is not using MBR, it is using GPT....

and I'm not familiar with mannually installing GRUB , i only know to use [Universal-USB-Installer] or [xboot] to build the GRUB with it.
