There are many lugs registered in Texas
but I don't know that they have been informed

aside from many not actually on the list
has the lists.ubuntu ever been tested
Like simply sending a test message to see who
listens to the lists?

I think that if something was scheduled
maybe using
https://answers.launchpad.net/sprints/+all
a larger audience may be reached

That way everyone would have some advanced warning and
discussions could all happen there.

I would like to attend also!!
