Ubuntu - Localization - Overview

Dear members ,

we will first look into some standard packages such as Firefox,
Thunderbird,Open Office , O/S.
There are 2 types of translations involved.
1. Translate the untranslated templates/files/commands
2. Give suggestions to already translated templates
&
finally a review process will take place to finalize the translation

Please provide evidence or a commonly accepted logical reason for
every translation / suggestion , so that it will be easy for us to log
each an every entry.
