manpages

I might have a go at trying to add manpages for ublk and the three in-tree targets.

Any preference on markup tools for manpages?

I only have experience with xsltprocs personally but can probably read up and use any other tool  if there is a preference.

I don't have preference here, and xsltprocs is just fine.
