Umap v1.2 — 0-based BED files

Hi everyone,

Roger Kramer brought to my attention that the Umap and Bismap files are not really BED files as they follow 1-based inclusive intervals.

The bigWig and bedGraph files, however, were in the correct format.

I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

In V1.2.0 now on bitbucket this is fixed and the BED files are now 0-based.

The BED and bigBed files hosted on the webpage are also modified to resolve this issue.

In addition, these BED files now only have non-overlapping intervals.
