Request For the bovine genome

Would you be able to create the unique mappability file for the bovine genome (https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-105/fasta/bos_taurus/dna/Bos_taurus.ARS-UCD1.2.dna.toplevel.fa.gz)?  Thanks so much!

Hello,

We are not planning on providing additional genomes outside of human and mouse (hg38, and mm10) and any future updates to those.

Your best bet is to create the mappability files yourself using the instructions currently on the Github page: https://github.com/hoffmangroup/umap
