Bird Id. Help

[Dickson Smith]

Saw this bird last week out on Antelope Island, near Antelope Point pull out. My first thought was that it is a Marbled Godwit but I am not sure because of the shorter bill not typical of a Godwit. The bill looks very much like a Willets though. There was a Willet on the ground not too far from it and comparing the two birds this bird did not appear to be a Willet. It is slightly larger than a Willet and has too much barring markings over its body. Any help would be appreciated!
