Ubiquo Categories repeated category names

Hi,
In Ubiquo Categories you can create two categories with the same name in a given CategorySet. Is that working as intended?

Hi Bernat,
Depends on the connector you are using. If they are in different
languages, it is allowed. Normally it isn't.
Can you reproduce it from a console?
