What do you think to add tags to the assets of the ubiquo_media plugin ?

Hi Carlos,
In fact a while ago, assets had simple tags. We removed them while
waiting for what now is ubiquo_categories, so now maybe yes, it's the
time to think about adding tags again.
IMHO it should be implemented as a connector, to work with or without
categories.
