I noticed that the xforms xml is not parsed correctly by UXF in
Firefox unless the file extension is .xhtml. I suppose this is
probably related to the mime-type. In Safari they work fine regardless
of extension, but most of my content is in .php files, which don't
render correctly in Firefox. Is this something that others have
observed as well? What is the best way to work around this issue? I
also noticed that my style sheet does not render in the same way when
I use a .xhtml extension.
