Looking for the source code of a FormsPlayer tutorial (GeoRSS)

Dear All,
I am looking for the source code of the tutorial entitled: "Using the
XForms model to drive Google Maps" available at this URI :
http://www.formsplayer.com/samples/webapps/rssmap
I have attempted to get it from any mirror but to no avail. It is not
available at the same page as the tutorial itself maybe because
FormsPlayer is no longer maintained but I would be very content to
have a look at that code. Is anybody has those files somewhere and
would like to share it with me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
