Apologies for today...but still releasing on September 1st!

Hello all,

Neither myself nor Phil will be able to make the telecon today. Sorry
about that.

But despite there being no responses to my email about putting out a
0.7 on September 1st, we're still planning to go ahead with it. :)

So please reply to that email with things that should be emphasised in
the release, and get your blog posts ready if you plan to do one.
